Workshop on “Optimizing Barley-Wheat Flour Mix to Foster Health & Economy in the Baladi Bread Industry”

This workshop hosted by ICARDA aims to explore innovative solutions for fostering the growth of the Baladi bread industry in Egypt. Speakers from ICARDA, the Agricultural Research Center (ARC) in Egypt, the Food Technology Research Institute and the El-Rana group will share their views on how to optimize the barley-flour mix for better and healthier baladi bread.

The event is co-organized by the ARC and will take place at Sofitel El-Gezirah Hotel in Zamalek, Cairo.
