Innocent Bikara is the Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Coordinator at ICARDA’s Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) Team. He is based in Uganda.
Innocent has worked in M&E units of three CGIAR centers, with roles designed to coordinate and strengthen institutional M&E frameworks and enhance country-level and project-level M&E work in conformity to the institutional M&E frameworks, CGIAR Standards, and global best practices.
Innocent holds a Master’s Degree in Agricultural and Applied Economics, a Postgraduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation , and a Bachelor’s Degree in Forestry. He speaks English.
