ICARDA is thrilled to announce that Dr Amit Gautam, National Associate Scientist (Durum Wheat Breeding) at ICARDA’s Food Legume Research Platform (FLRP), Amlaha, India has been honoured with the “Best Oral Presentation Award” at the 5^th International Group Meeting organized by ICAR-Indian Institute of Wheat and Barley Research Karnal (27^th -29^th March 2024).

ICARDA is delighted to announce that Dr. Rachid Moussadek was elected Chair of the FAO Near East and North Africa Soil Partnership (NENA) Soil Partnership in a meeting in March 2023 in Muscat, Oman. The meeting was attended by representatives of 20 member countries.
