Juliana Adjem Anchang
Juliana Anchang is a Research Fellow at ICARDA’s Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) team. She is based in Cameroon. Juliana contributes to the design and enhancement of institutional- and project-level MEL systems, tools including the web-based institutional platforms to enhance monitoring & evaluation (M&E) and knowledge management.
Before joining ICARDA, Juliana has been a researcher with African Economic Research Consortium (AERC), examining agricultural production and its implications on the nutrition outcomes of smallholder farm households. She has been an M&E consultant designing M&E frameworks, supervising project monitoring events, baseline, midterm reviews, endline and impact assessments, and qualitative studies.
Juliana is currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Monitoring and Evaluation, coordinated by the Centre for Research on Evaluation, Science and Technology (CREST) at Stellenbosch University, South Africa. Juliana is fluent in writing and speaking English and has a working knowledge of French.
